    Description

Currently, it is possible for users to add variables by adding some text on the variable text box or choosing an option from a drop-down for multi-list when creating a new page based on an existing template (custom template for example).

However, placeholders are only editable on the page's next step, in edit mode, while variables have a "pre" editing page but only for variable fill options.

It would be pretty useful to have a way to fill everything in a single screen, so variables and placeholders could be filled out by the user in one shot and cause less confusion as to why there is a second screen taking the users to the actual draft of the page.
