Description
Issue Summary
It is difficult to insert a single Jira issue onto a Confluence page using the new Jira issue macro. The current use case is to quickly and easily reference a Jira issue on a Confluence page.
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)
Steps to Reproduce
- Edit a page
- Insert Jira issue macro
- Insert a specific issue key on the default search
- Multiple records are shown
- switch from basic and JQL
- Update the JQL query to search on the key, for ex: key = "PROJ-123"
- This will result in only one record
- Then insert the Jira issue
Expected Results
Add the issue ID in the default query and it should only populate the issue record
Actual Results
Default is JQL behind but is showing basic for the search option and is different to the legacy Jira macro
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
