The page scrolls up past after newly inserted Jira issue macro

Issue Summary

The page scrolls up past after inserting a Jira issue using the new Jira issue macro 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a page with a good amount of content (so you can scroll down and insert the new Jira issue macro (JLOL))

1. Insert a new issue or add it as a Smart Link

Expected Results

• The page should not scroll way up past the newly inserted jira issue (play around with table, info panel, etc for better behavior)

Actual Results

• Notice that the page scrolls up a decent amount (past the thing you just inserted)

• • Sometimes it goes really high sometimes it doesn’t, kind of difficult to figure out

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
