When exporting out an static inline macro to pdf, extra newlines are inserted before and after the macro, causing an inconsistent behavior between the Confluence page and a exported PDF file.

When displaying in a page, the macro looks like:

some text MACRO some other text

When exporting to PDF, the export looks like:

some text
MACRO
some other text
