Issue Summary

The table option background is transparent showing the page's text behind its options making it harder to see table options

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new page
2. Choose the Legacy editor template
3. Add text to the page until you see you will need to scroll down the page
4. Add a table at the bottom of the page
5. Click on the table to display the table's options.

Expected Results

You can see the table options normally

Actual Results

There is text behind the table's options and since it is transparent, we can see the text along with the options, making it harder to see what is there.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
