Currently, it is not possible to disable space settings option for Guest Users even though Guest users don't have any privileges there .

Suggested Solution

Please Provide an option to enable/disable the space settings access for Guest Users.

If guests are only with view-only permissions, there is no use of Space Settings to be there.

Workaround

Currently there is no workaround.
