Issue Summary

The original owner(creator) of the page gets the access request email notifications even after changing the page owner

Steps to Reproduce

1. Created a page with restrictions and gave permission to view/edit to a few people.
2. Changed the page owner, and removed permissions for one user.
3. That user tried to request access to the same page (the email notification went to the creator)
4. Changed the owner to a third user and then tried to request access from a new user (the email notification went to the creator)

Expected Results

• The request access email notification should go to the new page owner, however, it's going to the one who created the page (The creator/old page owner)

  Actual Results

  The email notification to approve the access request from the user is going to the creator/old page owner and not the new owner

Workaround

No workaround at the moment
