Problem Definition

By default when a user joins Confluence they are automatically opted-in into the Daily Digest notifications.

Suggested Solution

Implement a feature for Admins to opt-out users from the Daily Digest Notifications

Why this is important

Admins would like users to get notified as soon as an event happens in Confluence.

Workaround

Users can manually unsubscribe from the Daily Digest from the user email settings (https://SITE.atlassian.net/wiki/users/viewmyemailsettings.action)
