Issue Summary

1. In the server/on-prem version of the "Questions for Confluence" app, we had the following features which allowed greater functionality and management of the app.
   1. Ability to convert a comment to an answer, and vice-versa.
   2. Ability to assign permissions based on reputation

2. These options are not available in the Cloud version of the app.

Suggestion

• For feature parity, and better functionality and management of the app in Confluence Cloud, it would be good to have these features added.
