Issue Summary

Adding a guest to a Confluence Space in a non-vortex Cloud site gives the below error.

1 guest couldn't be assigned to the space

We ran into a problem assigning 1 of the selected guests to the indicated space. You can try assigning them again.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Assign a user as Confluence guest (Screenshot 1, Screenshot 2).
2. Click the 'Manage space access' link. You will be presented with a screen to assign spaces(Screenshot 3)
3. Assign any space to this guest user. You will get an error that the guest couldn't be assigned to the space.

Expected Results

The new guest should be assigned to the space without any errors

Actual Results

The application throws 'One guest couldnt be assigned to the space' error.

Workaround

Assign the space to the user again. If this doesn't work, you can click the 'x' symbol against the name of the space and assign the space again(Screenshot 4)
