Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Network Followers are not reflected under the Individual Network profile in spite  of the individual user following other users

Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit any user's profile you want to follow
2. Hover around the profile you will be able to see the option to Follow 
3. Click on the Follow option.
4. Now you are following according to the User's profile once you will visit your own Network page it should have started reflecting under the Following option However it will not show. 
5. Now if you just type the Name under the Following box under your own Network page and start following the person. 
6. It will reflect as you are following under your Network Page But if you visit that same person's profile it will still have the FOLLOw option for you which means you are still not following and you can start following now.

Expected Results

There should be proper syncing when a user is following from the Profile it should reflect under the network Page of the individual and vice versa 

Actual Results

Currently, there is no sync between the user's profile whom we are trying to follow and the individual Network page where we can see the Following and followers list. 

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
