Issue Summary

Option to disable "only visible to me" permission while creating spaces.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a space
2. Expand advance settings
3. under permission, there is an option "visible only to me" making the space private

Expected Results

"visible only to me" permission can be disabled or hidden by Admins

Actual Results

with "visible only to me" permission the space gets created as a private space

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
