Empty Value Check for CQL

      Currently, the CQL (Confluence Query Language) lacks a functionality to verify whether a particular field or attribute is empty. This absence prevents users from efficiently querying and filtering content based on empty values, which can be essential for various use cases.

      Implement an option that enables users to check for empty values within CQL queries. This addition would greatly enhance the querying capabilities of CQL and allow users to perform more precise and comprehensive searches. 

      as an example `test.myDate IS EMPTY`
