Configuring an "Include Page" macro starting from a "Page Properties Report" macro will result in a "Broken macro" error.

Issue Summary

When configuring a Page Properties Report macro, there is an option to "Select macro". By choosing this option, users are presented with a list of all macros.

Selecting the "Include Page" macro and choosing the page you wish to display will return a "Broken macro" error within the macro.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit a page
2. Add a "Page Properties Report" macro
3. Click on the pencil to edit the macro
4. Select "Select macro"
5. Choose the "Include page" macro
6. Select a page, preview, then click "Save"

Expected Results

Include page macro is saved and the selected page is displayed

Actual Results

An error saying "Broken macro" is presented. In the browser logs, messages indicating Form still loading - cannot processRequiredParameters and previewMacro: missing required params are presented

Workaround

Selecting the "Include page" macro right at the start allows users to use the "Include Page" macro
