Not Possible to retrieve Labels on Space Content from V2 API

Issue Summary

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use the V1 Get Space Labels API to retrieve labels on a space & content within a space (`wiki/rest/api/space/<key>/label`)
2. Try to do the same with V2 APIs

Expected Results

There should be a way to fetch the labels associated with the content within a space in the V2 API.

Actual Results

There is no way to fetch the labels associated with the content within a space in the V2 API.

Workaround

Continue to use the V1 API.
