Issue Summary

Anonymous users aren't able to export a page to PDF.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable Global Anonymous access on your test Instance.
2. Make sure you have at least one Space with Anonymous Access allowed on the Space Permissions.
3. Add custom PDF Stylesheet at Space Settings > PDF Export > PDF Stylesheet.
4. Open a new incognito window on your browser.
5. Access the URL for this Space.
6. Access a page from this Space.
7. Click on the three ellipses > Export > Export to PDF.

Expected Results

The page should be exported.

Actual Results

The export runs infinitely at 0%.

Workaround

Currently, there are two workarounds:

1. Remove the PDF Stylesheet OR
2. Export to Word and then Convert it to PDF.
