    • Severity 3 - Minor

      Issue Summary

Public Confluence Cloud pages can be exported currently if anonymous users are provided with permission to export pages in the space settings.

However, if the IP Allowlisting is enabled at the same time, this is causing the PDF export to endlessly retry until failing ultimately.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Enable IP allowlisting (for premium only)
      2. Create a new space with anonymous access enabled
      3. Add only view and export permissions for anonymous users
      4. Open one of the pages in the new space on an incognito browser
      5. Perform the PDF export

      Expected Results

      PDF export is successful

      Actual Results

PDF export keeps restarting and never completes.

The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

stack:java.lang.NullPointerException: accountId must not be null

      Workaround

      • Perform the Word export instead
      • Disable IP allowlisting if feasible since the issue can only be reproduced for instances with IP allowlisting enabled
