Issue Summary

Selections made on the Edit Sidebar toggle buttons are not saved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Manage space menu on Space settings
2. Switch to the Edit sidebar tab
3. Modify the changes by using the toggle buttons
4. Refresh the page

Expected Results

It is expected that the choices made by toggle buttons be saved.

Actual Results

Selections made are not saved. Toggle buttons are reverted back to the previous configuration.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior.
