S2C links are removed if there is a "|" in it

Issue Summary

This problem was investigated on https://getsupport.atlassian.com/browse/MOVE-133624#. We found that the links in the exported space had "|" in them in the xml/csv and they (the whole link) was being removed because of that during cloud import preprocessing

Steps to Reproduce

1. Import example space below or create a space with two pages one with a title that contains the "|" in the title and another page with a link that links back to the page with "|" in the title
2. Go to page with the link and check that it is empty

Expected Results

Links should have uncoverted href links that was stated on the exported file

Actual Results

The link would show up as empty

Workaround

Current work around is to manually remove the pipes in the exported body content files
