Issue Summary

Confluence user and group changes are not syncing due to group names exceeding the 218 character limit. The intended limit is 255, but portions of that are included by header information in some flows which limits the tolerated length.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create or rename a group so the group name exceeds the 218 character limit
2. Add/Delete/Modify a user or group
3. Note that the step 2 changes are not reflected in Confluence
4. Modify the group name to be within the limit
5. The changes will begin syncing to Confluence

Expected Results

When naming a group it shouldn't allow you to enter a name that exceeds the limit or the limit should be increased to match all methods.

Actual Results

Naming a group via some methods allows the group name to exceed the current Confluence limit.

Workaround

Rename the group to not exceed the 218 character limit.
