Reorder Pages Does Not Work If User does Not Have Permission to All Pages

Summary

In Confluence, if the user does have the Add Page permission on the space, the same will be able to access the Space Tools > Content Tools > Reorder Pages option, which allows the same to configure the order that the pages will be displayed in its tree.

However, if the user does not have permission to edit/view a specific page from the space, if the same tries to use the alphabetical reorder option, it will not work. It displays at it worked, but, once the reorder page is refreshed, the change will not take effect.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On a space, make sure to have a page restricted to a user that will not execute the reorder action
2. Once you have the page restricted, log in as a user that does not have permission to access the same
3. Go to Space Tools > Content Tools > Reorder Pages
4. Make sure to manually reorder a page to a non-alphabetical order, so the option to reorder alphabetically will be displayed
5. Try to click on the alphabetical reorder option and then, refresh the page/come back to the page

Expected Results

The page should be reordered properly, or a message that the user is not permitted do to it should be displayed.

Actual Results

No changes are taken.

Add a message that the user did not have permission to reorder alphabetically eg "reorder by alphabetical sorting failed as you do not have edit permissions on some pages in the tree".
