Ability to hide Atlassian Account Avatars from appearing for page owner and contributor

When a user is a page owner or contributor they will appear under the page title with their Atlassian Account avatar. As seen in the below screenshot:

Confluence Admins would like to have the ability to disable the page owner and page contributor's avatars from appearing.
