Issue Summary

When performing a custom space export for a huge space, building of the tree can hit the proxy time-out and the custom export cannot proceed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Identify a huge space
2. Space Tools > Content Tools > Export > PDF > Custom

Expected Results

The page tree should be loaded and the user can choose which pages to export.

Actual Results

The following error message appears after 60 seconds.

Error Loading Pages An error was encountered loading page for the space SPACEKEY. Please contact your administrator for help. error: url=/wiki/spaces/flyingpdf/flyingpdftree.action params=key=SPACEKEY 

Workaround

Move the pages to be exported to the TOP of the page tree. Then attempt the custom export again.
