Issue Summary

Version comments used to be sent whenever a page is updated. The notification would state 'Here's the version comments' together with the actual changes.

Today only the changes are sent but version comments are no longer included.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Make sure you have Notify on my actions enabled so you can receive notifications. Also good to disable Subscribe to a daily digest. 
2. Watch a Confluence Page > make changes to it > Publish with Version Comment.

Expected Results

1. You'll receive an email within 10 minutes, with the changes and version comment.

Actual Results

1. You'll receive an email within 10 minutes, with the changes but without the version comment.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
