Issue Summary

Unable to add diagrams from gliffy or draw.io to templates.

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a customer template
2. Add gliffy or draw.io diagram and try to save it
3. diagram does not get saved error "unable to connect to server"

Expected Results

Should be able to add diagrams to templates

Actual Results

Cannot save diagram to templates

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
