Issue Summary

Atlassian Intelligence (AI) prompt requests fail with an incorrect error message on pages with viewing restrictions (eg. only one person can view/edit)

This is reproducible on Data Center: No

Steps to Reproduce

1. Generate some content onto a page
2. Restrict viewers so only author can view
3. Click on Atlassian Intelligence button > Generate title
4. Observe

Expected Results

Generates title for the page based off content

Actual Results

The action fails with an incorrect error message "We couldn't get a response. Your prompt or response was over the limit for this request. Close the dialog and try again."

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
