Issue Summary

In Confluence, if the user exports a page to Word, it will not include the colors in the text background.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page in Confluence.
2. Edit the page and make sure to insert text with colors applied, so you can then, publish the page.
3. Tap the ellipsis button on the top-right of the page (page tools) and select Export => Export to Word
4. Open the Word document.

Expected Results

The Word document exported should display the colors in the text background.

Actual Results

No background colors are included in the text.

Workaround

• Manually re-implementing the colors in the generated Word document.
• Exporting the source HTML (View Source) and opening that in Word.
• Export to PDF instead and convert/edit the PDF in Word via alternative tools.
