Unable to create inline Jira links in Decisions macro

Issue Summary

This is reproducible on test instance: (yes) 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Confluence page.
2. Add decisions macro > Publish the page.
3. Highlight the added text on the decision macro.
4. Add the Jira Issue link.

Expected Results

• The Jira issue link should be added adjacent to the highlighted text.

Actual Results

• Refreshes the page, and fails to add the Jira issue link.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
