Issue Summary

Confluence Cloud Relation API does not return the correct results

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create page P1

1. Create page P2 and add link to P1

1. Execute the GET request to {site_url}/wiki/rest/api/relation/link/to/content/{P1_id}/from/content?limit=500&expand=source,target. 

Expected Results

• The query should bring P1 in the result set

Actual Results

• The result set is empty

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
