Issue Summary
When performing Japanese language conversion in linux OS, user meet some issue in the same time.
- the use can select language conversion only one time. (it should be selected.)
- cursor is stuck and if you click the mouse anywhere in the browse, characters are double-registered.
Steps to Reproduce
open Linux OS
- OS > Language support > install 日本語(Japanese)
- OS setting > Keyboard > add "Japanese(Mozc)"
- open browser
- create confluence page(new editor)
- input "Japanese" and perform Japanese language conversion from the top of the line
- If enter a word between some words, it works fine.

IME: Japanese(IBus - Mozc)
Expected Results
cursor and language conversion works fine and only one characters are registered.
Actual Results
cursor is stuck and language conversion not work well and characters are double-registered.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
If the user use legacy editor, it works well.
