Administrators should receive ICS file when calendar is deleted

      Issue Summary

      When deleting a calendar, admins do not receive the calendar ics file via email if they are not subscribers of the deleted calendar.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Find the calendar in a space or on your My Calendars page.
      2. Select  next the calendar name and select Delete calendar.
      3. Select Delete to confirm.

      Expected Results

      Administrators should receive the ICS file via email when calendar is deleted.

      Actual Results

      Only subscribers of the deleted calendar receive the ICS file via email.
