Steps to Reproduce

1. Add an attachment to a page
2. Publish page
3. Delete the attachment from the Attachments > Files Dropdown
   
4. Edit the page
5. Hit publish

Expected Results

The attachment is deleted from Confluence

Actual Results

The attachment is re-uploaded to Confluence
