Exporting a page to PDF with the v2 service includes Web Panel modules from apps

      Issue Summary

      When exporting a page to PDF with the v2 service, the contents of Web Panel modules on the atl.general location are included on the file. Those items should not be exported as they are outside of the page contents.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install an app that adds a web panel to atl.general
      2. Go to any Confluence page and export it to PDF

      Expected Results

      Web Panel items on the atl.general location are not included on the file as in the example below:

      TEST-export-PDF.v2-FF-OFF.pdf

      Actual Results

      Web Panel items on the atl.general location can be seen on the PDF:

      TEST-export-PDF.v2-FF-ON.pdf

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.

      This behavior is only observed in instances that use the improved PDF export service:
