Issue Summary
Users mentioned on Confluence page are labelled "Unlicensed user".
- This is reproducible in Data Center: no
- The user keys retrieved from Advanced details > View Storage Format don't exist in user_mapping.user_key, cwd_user.user_name, or content.creator.
- The version of Confluence server is 7.13.7
Steps to Reproduce
(Not confirmed)
- Migrate Confluence server instance to a cloud with CCMA
Expected Results
Users are migrated to a cloud site properly.
Actual Results
Users are migrated to a cloud site as "Unlicensed user".
Workaround
- Remigrate all spaces with this Dark Feature enabled: migration-assistant.enable.original-xml-export
- If re-migration is not an option - get in contact with Atlassian Support in order to apply a fix post-migration
