      Issue Summary

Trying to add or edit an event on a Team Calendar opened for Anonymous users fails.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Make sure the calendar's space is opened for Anonymous access.
      2. Make sure the calendar in question doesn't have any View/Edit restrictions.
      3. Access the calendar as an unlicensed user (Jira access only) in a browser Incognito window.
      4. Notice that all existing calendar events are not displayed anymore, as it does for a licensed user.
      5. Try to add a brand new event and notice that the Unlicensed user also can't find any existing calendars within the Calendar dropdown menu.

      Expected Results

Such action used to work in the past and the event would be added/displayed/edit successfully.

      Actual Results

      1. No existing events are displayed.
      2. Upon attempting to add a brand new event, the Calendar dropdown menu doesn't find any existing calendars.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior besides giving a (Confluence) license to all affected users.
