Issue Summary

User Profile macro and Blog macro not showing user picture.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new page
2. Add a User Profile macro / Blog macro to it

Expected Results

Profile picture should show-up along with name. E.g.:

Actual Results

Picture is not shown and additional User text is added:

Workaround

Please use the Profile Picture and User Mention if you wish to display both information together.
