      Issue Summary

When using the Jira report template for creating new pages, there used to be a checkbox option for "Automatically update issue status and summaries from JIRA". This is very useful in some use cases where users only have access to Confluence.

Recently, this option has disappeared, but still exists in the element inspector (F12 on chrome).

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new Confluence page
      2. On the templates panel, choose "Jira report"
      3. Select "change log"

      Expected Results

Checkbox option for "Automatically update issue status and summaries from JIRA" is available

      Actual Results

Checkbox option for "Automatically update issue status and summaries from JIRA" is NOT available
