Issue Summary

'Group' Space permissions are not showing on any space on the Sandbox instance after a successful data copy from Production. This is currently only happening on non-vortexed sites.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Initiate a copy on Sandbox for a non-vortexed site.

Expected Results

All space permissions - users or groups should get copied to the sandbox site as mentioned in document

Confluence data: What gets copied

• Comments
• Media files (including media attachments, avatars, and logos)
• Space configuration data (including space settings, permissions, and user-created templates)
• Users and groups

Actual Results

The group section in the Space permissions of each space shows empty and the because of this even the site admins who had full access to spaces on production are not able to view the spaces on sandbox because of the group permission missing.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
