Dynamic macros do not render in template preview

      Issue Summary

      When dynamic macros are inserted into a new template, the user previews the template, the macro fails to render with the following message: "Error rendering macro '<macro-key>' : Page loading failed".

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new template and insert a dynamic content macro.
      2. Save the template.
      3. Preview the template.

      Expected Results

      Preview renders the macro.

      Actual Results

      Macro fails to load with the message:

      Error rendering macro '<macro-key>' : Page loading failed

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
