Summary

On Confluence Cloud, currently it is possible to like a Confluence page or react to it when you're a logged in user. 

By default, reactions are enabled, but a site administrator (see Manage global permissions) can disable and re-enable them for their entire Confluence Cloud site at any time.

However, anonymous users cannot like or add a reaction to any pages currently. 

Solution

It would be nice to grant the ability for anonymous users to like Confluence pages or to react to content.
