User Problem
Currently, JSM customer accounts that are not licensed to use Confluence are unable to see KB articles embedded on external sites, even if permissions are set correctly. The current implementation requires the user to log into Confluence before loading the page:
This limits the usability of the package on external sites/products, as most of the customer accounts are not licensed to use Confluence.
Suggested Solutions
Allow JSM customer accounts to see the KB article pages when they are embedded on external sites.
Current Workarounds
Access to Confluence must be granted to see the pages.
