      Issue Summary

      • The Keyboard shortcuts for editing Headings have an inconsistent behavior when on a Microsoft Windows and Google Chrome environment

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Edit a Confluence page;
      2. Select a piece of text to be a Heading;
      3. Bring up the Editor Help by pressing the CTRL + / keys;
      4. Close the Editor help;
      5. Press the CTRL + ALT + 1 keys (right side of the keyboard) to change the text to a Heading;
      6. Press the CTRL + ALT + 1 keys to change the text back;

      Expected Results

      • The Confluence Cloud Editor modifies the selected text as Headings through the keyboard shortcuts.

      Actual Results

      • The Confluence Cloud Editor does not modify the selected text back and forth to a Heading and, depending on the keyboard layout(e.g. ALT GR key), it adds "non-standard" characters.
