We are using an excerpt Macro from a main page to child pages. This works fine for tables but I am unable to use an excerpt in the code snippet that is available on every child pages. Is there a possibility to use the same excerpt also in the code snippet? If not, is this somewhere within the roadmap as a new feature? 

Using excerpt intelligently will speed up working with Confluence and will mitigate errors on all pages, tables and code snippets.
