When a Confluence site is opened to anonymous and trying to access a restricted content, it would be better to give more information to the user on what's going on instead only showing the message "You've stumbled on a restricted content/space".

For instance, in case the user is licensed but the site is opened to anonymous, and the user is trying to access a restricted space, they will get the error "You've stumbled on a restricted space" only and won't show any message to authenticate into Confluence.
