Issue summary
- In JSM, we can link Confluence Spaces to be KBs for the JSM customers.
- When a Space is linked to the JSM project, we have these two options for viewing the Space.
- Who can view: All logged-in users
- Who can view: Only Confluence users
- We can also choose to unlink the Space entirely, but this will not remove the option above.
- If the permission is set to "All logged-in users", the Space will still be visible for all logged in users.
Current behavior
- Unlinking the Space from JSM, still allows the Space to be viewable by all logged in users.
- The permission has to also be removed from the Confluence Space manually.
Suggested behavior
- The JSM permission should be automatically be removed from Confluence Spaces.
Workaround
- Relink the space from JSM, update the "who can view" setting to "Only Confluence users", then unlink the space.
