As a guest user, you cannot see labelled content page

      Issue Summary

      When Guest users click on a label and are redirected to the associated labels page - https://<instance>.atlassian.net/wiki/label/<spacekey>/<label> - the following message is displayed: "You've stumbled on restricted content." These labels are related to pages inside the space that Guest users do have access to.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to any page that has a label added to it or where the page contains the Labels List macro
      2. Click on any label

      Expected Results

      1. Expected behavior: It should take you to labelled content page

      Actual Results

      1. Logged in as a guest you get a restricted content message

      Workaround

      Use the advanced search with the label filter
