Issue Summary

Currently, when an user Request Access to a page in Confluence, it is not logged either on the Confluence Audit Logs or in the Org Audit logs both, the requested action and the approval, but only an email notification is sent for the approver.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Request access to a (Restricted) page.
2. Another user approves the requested access.
3. Both activities are not logged.

Expected Results

Have the request access activity as well as the approval activity logged either on the Confluence Audit Logs or in both, Confluence Audit Logs + Org Audit logs.

Actual Results

When an user Request Access to a page in Confluence, it is not logged either on the Confluence Audit Logs or in the Org Audit logs both, the requested action and the approval, but only an email notification is sent for the approver.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
