Issue Summary

Translations are not working for the page label option

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the preferred language to a non-English language in id.atlassian.com
2. Navigate to Confluence -> Page -> Edit -> Click on ...
3. Notice the Edit/Add labels option

Expected Results

The Edit/Add labels option should be displayed in the language set by the user (In this case German).

Actual Results

The Edit/Add labels option is displayed in English.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
