Issue Summary

A guest user in Confluence can watch pages and spaces. This will make them receive email notifications of updates made to these pages and spaces.

In the email message, they have the option for both "Manage notifications" and "Stop watching page".

When guest users click on any of those options, they are redirected to a restricted page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a guest user to a space.
2. Add them as watchers of the space or a page.
3. Edit the page.
4. Go to the email message and click on either "Manage notifications" or "Stop watching this page".

Expected Results

Guest users should either not have those buttons in the email notification or have access to access the list of pages/spaces they watch.

Actual Results

They get a restricted content message.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
