In our organization we use Confluence Wiki for many knowledge management platforms for internal and external users.

As the product owners we need to get proper insights about the usage of our platforms. Our corporate tool to gather web analytics is Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager.

As many other SaaS for creating websites, Confluence should have an easy way to integrate with GTM or UA/GA4 just by providing the tracking code.

Confluence custom analytics are not enough for our needs.
